Do not hard code something that possible to be edited, but make the process editable to be used for similar processes.
Do you ever see so many processes that actually do same jobs?
Or you copy one process from one server to another server and forgot to change the server name or forgot to change some setting that hard coded on the script.
Template it, and you would optimize many things. Difficult at the first time setting, but it will make everything smoother in the future.
